Description:
The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement according to § 131 of the Act between the contracting authority and the selected supplier, on the basis of which partial contracts will be concluded for the repair of internal combustion engines K12V230DR in the expected number of 5 pcs. Implementation of the subject of the public contract includes:
a) Implementation of repair sof the K12V230DR combustion engine in the basic scope according to the attachment of the binding model of the framework agreement, including ZPA (Customer Product Audit ČD, a.s.) according to ČD regulation V 6/1,
b) Carrying out related repair work,
c) Carrying out unforeseen related repair work.
Predicted afterthe number of engines is only indicative and the contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the estimated number of 5 units at its discretion and needs. However, the client guarantees ordering the repair of 4 engines.
