• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public contract is the conclusion of a total of 2 framework agreements, each with one supplier (so-called without renewal of the competition) in each part of the public contract with a limit of performance in the amount of the expected value of the relevant part of the public contract, in a non-tendering procedure proceedings in accordance with § 31 of the Act. On the basis of each framework agreement, individual orders for the supply of product categories will be placed according to the relevant technical specification of the relevant part of the public contract, in particular for the purpose of economical supply and provision of education carried out by the contracting authority. The subject of the performance of individual partial public contracts entered through orders of the contracting authority is specified in more detail in the business and payment conditions (Annex 4A and 4B of the tender documentation) and in the subject specification performance (Annex 5A and 5B of the tender documentation).
