• Description:
• The subject of a small -scale public contract is to conclude a total of 5 framework agreements, always with one supplier (so -called without restoration of the competition) in each part of the public contract with the limit of performance in the amount of the estimated value of the relevant part of the public contract. Individual orders for supplies of product categories according to the relevant technical specification of the relevant part of the public contract, especially for the purpose of economical supply and provision of teaching by the contracting authority. It is specified in detail in the terms and conditions (Annex 4a to 4E documentation of the selection procedure) and in the specification of the subject of performance (Annex 5a to 5E of the documentation of the selection procedure).
