- The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of § 131 ZZVZ, on the basis of which partial contracts will be concluded with a single selected supplier in accordance with the procedure defined in the framework agreement for the supply of up to 122 new regular, low-floor, two-axle diesel-powered buses or with a hybrid drive (diesel-electricity), max. length 12.5 m (hereinafter referred to as "bus") to the specified delivery locations of the Principal. The client expects to order up to 20 of these buses in the ROPID standard for NAD.
