• Description:
• The subject of this public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of computers for the client. The framework agreement will be concluded with one supplier without renewing the competition. The contracting authority points out that the purpose of this public contract is to conclude a framework agreement for supplies, i.e. that computers incl. accessories will be taken according to the client's current needs as part of individual partial orders. The contracting authority determined the estimated value of the public contract, i.e. the aggregate estimated value of all public contracts (i.e. partial orders), which can be entered on the basis of the framework agreement for a period of 24 months from the date of its entry into force, for CZK 2,000,000 excluding VAT. Detailed technical parameters of the computers and their accessories are listed in Appendix No. 1 of the tender conditions - Proposal framework agreement and in Annex No. 4 of the tender conditions - Technical specification. The contracting authority points out that the selected supplier will already commit to the first delivery of 50 items by concluding a framework agreement that sets out the details. It is part of the subject of this public contract also: a) delivery of goods to the place of delivery in accordance with the terms of the contract and in accordance with the terms of the framework agreement, b) provision of warranty and service requirements in accordance with the framework agreement. The performance offered by the participant must comply with the minimum technical parameters set by these tenders conditions and the Technical Specification - i.e. the performance offered by the participant must be indicated in the Technical Specification, or in its column with a value that meets the technical parameters set by the contracting authority, or the word "YES"; if it is marked with the word "NO" or if a value is given that does not meet the technical parameters set by the contr...
