• Framework agreement for the supply of EMU145 and BEMU145 vehicles The subject of the Public Contract is the conclusion of (i) a framework agreement pursuant to § 131 of the Act between the contracting authority and the selected supplier (hereinafter referred to as the "Framework Agreement"). The subject of the Framework Agreement is the regulation of the procedure for concluding partial agreements purchase contracts (hereinafter referred to as "Purchase Contracts" or individually "Purchase Contracts") (i) for the production and delivery of up to 33 pcs • electrical units designated as EMU145 (up to 13 units); a •battery electric units designated as BEMU145 (up to 20 units), for the 25 kV/50 system Hz AC and 3 kV DC, fully suitable for operation on railway lines with a gauge of 1,435 mm in the territory of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as "Units" or separately "Unit"), including all permits, approvals, consents and registrations ("registration" in the text of this tender documentation means all registrations of a nature similar to permits, approvals or consents), which according to the legislation in force on the date of handover of the relevant Unit to the client, are necessary for the operation and use of the delivered Units (mutually compatible and communicating) and which will enable the client to properly and without restrictions operate and use the Units on the territory of the Czech Republic and further including the technical documentation belonging to the relevant Units to the extent stipulated in the Framework Agreement and in the relevant Purchase Agreement; and/or (ii)dodávky náhradních dílů a konstrukčních celků výměnného systému („náhradní díly výměnného systému“) Doc Title: Rámcová dohoda na dodávky vozidel EMU145 a BEMU145 Contract Type: supplies
