Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply of hot asphalt mixtures of type ACO 11 and ACO 8 for the repair of local roads in the territory of the city of Hradec Kralove, roadways and sidewalks in the estimated total volume of 4,000 tons (hot asphalt mixture type ACO 11, assumption of 3,000 tons, hot asphalt mixture type AND WHAT8, assumption of 1,000 tons), implemented according to the current needs of the contracting authority in 2024 from the effective date of the framework purchase agreement. The goods will be transported by the contracting authority's own mechanisms, they will be collected directly from the packing room.
On the basis of this procurement procedure, a framework purchase contract (framework agreement) will be concludedaccording to § 131 et seq. of the Act, which will be in accordance with the procurement documentation and the offers of the selected suppliers.
The framework agreement will be concluded with the two suppliers who placed first and second in the order, and individual contracts will be awarded in a procedure without renewal of the competition.
