• Description:
• The subject of this public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of monitors for the client. The framework agreement will be concluded with one supplier without renewing the competition. The contracting authority points out that the purpose of this public contract is to conclude a framework agreement for supplies, i.e. that the monitors will be taken according to the client's current needs as part of individual sub-orders. The contracting authority has determined the estimated value of the public contract, i.e. the aggregate estimated value of all public contracts (i.e. partial orders) that may to be entered on the basis of a framework agreement for a period of 24 months from the date of its entry into force, for CZK 950,000 without VAT. The detailed technical parameters of the monitors are listed in Annex No. 1 of the tender conditions - Draft Framework Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Framework Agreement”) and in the Annex No. 4 of the tender conditions - Technical specification (hereinafter referred to as "technical specification"). The contracting authority points out that the selected supplier is already committed to the first delivery of goods by concluding a framework agreement that sets out the details. It is part of the subject of this public contract also: a) delivery of goods to the place of delivery in accordance with the terms of the contract and in accordance with the terms of the framework agreement, b) provision of warranty and service requirements in accordance with the framework agreement. In the technical specification, the contracting authority sets the requirements and parameters for the subject of the public contract, such as minimum required.
