• Description:
• The subject of the Public Contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement according to § 131 of the Act between the contracting authority and the selected supplier.
  The subject of the Framework Agreement is the adjustment of the procedure for concluding partial purchase contracts to:
  a) production and delivery of up to 90 passenger railway cars with a speed of at least 230 km/h enabling connections into a non-traction fixed set with pressure-tight transitions between cars, fully capable of operating on railway lines of standard gauge 1,435 mm in the territory of Europe (collectively hereinafter referred to as "cars" or separately "car"), namely the following types of cars:
  •Afmpz - 1st class driver's car, with a minimum capacity 44 seats;
  •Ampz - 1st class car with a capacity of at least 55 seats;
  •BRmpz - dining car (seats at the tables) with a 2nd class compartment, with a capacity of at least 26 seats in the 2nd car class and at least 18 seats in the bistro;
  •Bbmpz - 2nd class multifunctional car with 3 seats for PRM passengers, PRM WC and seats for children with capacity at least 50 places;
  •Bmpz = 2nd class car with a capacity of at least 80 seats,
  •Bdmpz = 2nd class car with space for transporting at least 12 bicycles with a capacity of at least 60 seats and with a standard UIC intercar interface
  b) supply of spare parts and structural units of the exchangeable system
