- The subject of the public contract is the supply of exclusively original, new and unrecked toners and cylinders for the OKI manufacturer's printing equipment, the exact specifications of which are given in Annex 1 of the tender documentation - technical specifications, including the supplier's price offer (hereinafter also "goods").
For purposesThe economic considerations of suppliers in the preparation of the offer are given by the contracting authority the estimated volume of performance. The expected volume of performance does not establish the contracting authority's obligation to conclude partial contracts on the basis of a framework agreement.The volume of performance for 36 months is only indicative, the contracting authority will be able to take consumables according to current needs (but only up to the limit of Article 4 (4.1. Estimated collection of individual types of consumables by the contracting authority is given in Annex 1 to the tenderDocumentation.
