The subject of the tendering procedure The subject of the tender is to conclude a framework agreement without the restoration of the competition between the contracting authority and one supplier on the basis of which the public contracts will be awarded. Subject to fulfill public procurement awarded on the basis of a framework agreement with the subject of performance of public The contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement will be the supply of technical gases and the rent of the cylinders according to the technical specifications required by the contracting authority. The subject of the fulfillment of public contracts awarded on the basis of a framework agreement is framework -specified in the design of the Framework Agreement (Annex Documentation the tendering procedure) and in the framework specification of the subject of performance (Annex Documentation of the tendering procedure).
