- The purpose of the public contract entitled "Framework agreement for work on the repair of GGM 170HA/328 and GGM 170E/285 gearboxes" is the conclusion of a framework agreement according to § 131 of the Public Procurement Act (hereinafter also "ZZVZ") et seq. and § 169 of the ZZVZ, the subject of which is the repair of gearboxes GGM 170HA/328 and GGM 170E/285 (furthere also "gearbox") - under the conditions stipulated by this procurement documentation, in particular Appendix No. 1 - procurement documentation as a binding model of the Framework agreement for work.
