Ensuring the supplier for the replacement of fluorescent tubes for LED tubes and replacement of lights in selected objects of elementary schools and kindergartens (school facilities) ownedselection procedure. Based on the framework contract, concluded between the contracting authorities and the selected supplier.contracts, or until the financial limit of CZK 2,500,000 without VAT, depending on which fact happens earlier.Valid wording at the time of the work, then in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "New Building Act") and also according to implementing legislation for the new Building Act (in particular Decree No. 131/2024 Coll.on construction requirements; Decree. 149/2024 Coll., On the execution of certain provisions of the Building Act); disciple. No. 541/2020 Coll., On Waste and Decree. 8/2021 Coll., on Waste Catalog and assessment of waste properties (waste catalog); ČSN pursuant to Section 4 of Act No. 22/1997 Coll., On Technical Requirements for Products andon the amendment and supplementation of certain laws, in the later wording) and other related regulations and standards specified in the project documentation, or if it is already processed.
