Description:
Contractual contractors for carpentry work in apartment buildings owned by the city of Pardubice based on the contract concluded between the client and the selected contractor.
All works will be carried out in the scope corresponding to the expected purpose and use, while maintaining the qualitative conditions and quality, in the sense of the SN and contractors regulations (safety, hygiene and porn), valid at the time of DLA, according to the law. 283/2021 Coll., Construction Act, as amended by later regulations (according to the Construction Act) and according to the applicable executive orders and related regulations paid and others during the implementation of DLA, in accordance with the regulations on health protection in force znn, exp. . 541/2020 Coll., on waste and decree no. 8/2021 Coll., on the Waste Catalog and waste property assessment (Waste Catalog) and regulations on the safety of buildings and technical facilities.
The subject of the contract will be the contractor's obligation to provide the contracting authority with the contractor's work during repairs and maintenance of the housing stock in the property the client according to the individual orders placed by authorized employees of the client, as specified, and the client's obligation to accept and pay the work on the day it was carried out.
Unless otherwise stated, by design according to the contract, the order will be in writing from the contracting authority. The five debt contracts are listed in the schedule. 3 these calls.
