Description:
Provision of a contractor to carry out minor construction work (construction work, earthworks, cleaning work) in apartment buildings owned by the city of Pardubice on the basis of a framework contract concluded between the client and the selected contractor. The framework contract will be concluded with the contractor who offers nothe lower value of the increase in percentages of the URS price system (hereinafter referred to as the "URS price list"), for a fixed period of 2 years from the conclusion of this contract, or until the financial limit of CZK 5,600,000 excluding VAT is exhausted, whichever occurs first earlier.
All work will be carried out to the extent appropriatefor the intended purpose and use in compliance with quality conditions and quality in the sense of the relevant ČSN and implementing regulations (safety, hygiene and fire), valid at the time of construction of the work, further in accordance with the Construction Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Construction Act, inthe wording of Act No. 152/2023 Coll., as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Act") and further according to implementing decrees and related regulations valid and effective at the time of the implementation of the WORK (see transitional provisions § 334a of the new Construction Act), in compliance with regulations on health protection in the valid stampAct No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste and decree no. No. 8/2021 Coll., on the Waste Catalog and assessment of waste properties (Waste Catalog) and regulations on the safety of buildings and technical equipment.
