• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the implementation of a photovoltaic power plant (hereinafter also referred to as "PVE") on the roof of the kindergarten building in Kaplického Street in Sezimov Ústí (hereinafter referred to as "MŠ Zahrádka" or Kindergarten") with a total output of 34.56 kWp, therefore no building permit is required zoning decision. The PV plant will be installed on the existing flat roof of the kindergarten and battery storage with a total nominal capacity of 77.3 kWh. The goal is to reduce the consumed electrical energy from the distribution network, while any additional surpluses of electrical energy will be delivered to the distribution network of EG.D, a.s. according to the valid connection agreement. Photovoltaic panels will be placed on the flat roof of Zahrádek Kindergarten. The total area of ​​the flat roof is approx. 470 m2, of which approx. 160 m2 of the roof area will be the installation of photovoltaic panels including expansion joints between individual PV panels. The panels will be anchored to the aluminum structure for flat roofs, which will be weighted to the roof covering according to the manufacturer's load plan. Inverters and technological switchboards will be placed in a dedicated technical area rooms in the basement of the building. The output of the power on the LV side will be carried out to the main switchboard of the building located outside the building at the location of the electricity meter switchboard of the building. The PV panels are connected to each other in series-parallel strings and further conducted through the system cable entry to the attic of the building and through the surge protection system further along the facade of the building to a dedicated technical room through the system of surge protection and fuse disconnectors to the individual inverters and then through the protection system connected to electrical installation of both collection points.
