- Long-term lease of steel cylinders for technical gases and purchase of compressed gases with validity from the first day of validity, i.e. from the moment of signing the contract by the last contracting party, however, from 1.3.2024 at the earliest and ending on 28.2.2025.
The supply of gases will be based on a partial order - Call for fulfillment ( only one fulfillment)
The lessor will ensure the supply of gas to VZ 6848/20 BystΕice pod Hostynem (at his own expense) within 5 working days of receiving the partial order - call for performance.
The invoice is due in 30 days.
The invoice for performance will be delivered within 5 working days of handover of filled bottles.
When starting the performance of the contract prthe lessee will issue an invoice for the year-long rental of the first filling of gas.
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT TO THE CONTRACTOR IN THE OFFER A DRAFT CONTRACT, which will be in accordance with the tender conditions. - Documents:
