Description:
Strategic support, crisis and tactical communication, implementation of complex communication campaigns including media relations. Ensuring support within the framework of the assignment and the defined range of services, including the 24/7 regime in cases where the active and above-standard involvement of the supplier's experts in the crisisregime.

a) Initial research, media map setting.
b) Analysis of attitudes and perceptions of target groups.
c) Proposal of strategy, tactics and concrete measures; adaptation of the strategy responding to a possible change in the assignment or the situation on the market / in the company.
d) Preparation and continuous adjustments of the communication strategy and so ontics.
e) Stakeholder mapping, creation of opportunities to address them.
f) Study of documents, design of content and arguments, preparation of materials for communication.
g) Media relations, adaptation of materials and messages for the media, design and formulation of Qzy and evaluation.
i) Evaluation of threats and risks, including proposals for prevention or minimization of their impacts.
