Description of the order: The subject of the public order is the physical delivery of natural gas to the collection points of the contracting authority and contracting authorities with the assumption of the obligation to withdraw natural gas from the distribution system, including the transfer of responsibility for deviation to the supplieraccording to the Energy Act according to the Decree of the Energy Regulatory Office c. 365/2009 Coll., the rules of the gas market and other implementing decrees to this Act as amended, including the provision of regulated access to the transmission system and distribution systems and the provision of system services inexpected amount of 5,040 MWh for the period from 1/1/2024 to 1/1/2026.
