- (nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The public order "General Karlovy Vary Regional Hospital 1st stage" is divided into four parts. Of which a part of the contract relating to the demolition of the unused building K was awarded in a separate procurement procedure,furthermore, in a separate procurement procedure, the part related to the reconstruction of building L was awarded, and the part of the contract related to the demolition of the existing pavilion G will be awarded. This tender documentation deals with the public contract "Demolition of building M". The subject of the performance of this part of the public contract is the removal of the unusedof building M, owned by the Karlovy Vary region, in accordance with the project documentation of the demolition works. The unused object with the reference number 1185 is located on the grounds of the Karlovarska krajske nemocnice a.s., in Bezručova street, situated on land plot number 2712 in the cadastral territory of Karlovy Vary. At the same timenew overall technical condition of the building corresponds to long-term non-use. Of which, in a separate procurement procedure, a part of the contract relating to the demolition of the unused building K was awarded, further in a separate procurementm procedure, the part related to the reconstruction of building L was awarded and the part of the contract related to the demolition of the existing pavilion G will be awarded.
