- The subject of the public contract is the supply of an analyzer, namely:
- 141, Automatic glycated hemoglobin analyzer (1 pc)
for the needs of the CL department (central laboratory) of Šumperk Hospital a.s. according to the detailed specification of the subject of performance contained in Annex No. 4 ZD - Technical specification and subject to conditionsto those stipulated in other annexes to this procurement documentation, especially in Annex No. 5 ZD - Purchase Agreement.
The subject of the order is also:
•transportation and installation at the place of fulfillment
•insurance associated with the delivery of goods
•training of the contractor's employees
•provision of warranty service
•disposal of packaging and waste in thecompliance with the provisions of the relevant legislation governing waste management
