- The subject of this public contract is to provide services to ensure the drawing of funds from the Fund of Cultural and Social needs (FKSP) pursuant to Act No. 218/2000 Coll., On Budgetary Rules and on Amendments to Certain Related Acts (Budget Rules), as amended. Contracts are also to ensure user accounts, electronic applications, credit cards, continuous recharging of credits for leisure activities, transmitting electronic data to the prison information system and securing the network of various service providers that the contracting authority will to use the subject of performance of this public contract and other performance in accordance with the contract on the provision of services of leisure activities in the FKSP.
