- The subject of the public contract (hereinafter also “VZ”) is the conclusion of framework agreements for the supply of socks (hereinafter referred to as “goods”) on the basis of two separate framework agreements (hereinafter also “RD”), each of which will be concluded with one supplier. The public contract is divided into 2 parts in accordance with Section 35 of the Act, as follows: Part I. Part - Socks with Uniforms The subject of socks for members of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. II. Part - socks for imprisoned persons The subject is the supply of socks for persons in custody, sentence and security detention.
