Description:
The subject of the public contract (hereinafter also "VZ") is to ensure partial performance - supplies of knitted goods (caps with trim, gray and gray gloves) for convicted persons on the basis of a concluded framework agreement for 4 years after its efficiency.
RD shall be concluded by the contracting authority in accordance with § 132 para. b) of the lawWith one selected supplier, for a period of 4 years from the closure of the house or until the financial limit of the RD is exhausted.
Signatures of the RD shall be provided by the Contracting Party exclusively by a valid electronic signature of the authorized representative
