- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the design and related works for the construction: Construction of the backbone road (hereinafter referred to as Construction) and construction-related demolition work within the Green Mine project representing in particular:of) works, supplies and services with a statement of dimensions and the performance of engineering activities aimed at securing a valid permit for the removal of existing buildings,
b) the development of project documentation for the issuance of a construction plan permit including a statement of measurements and the performance of engineering activities aimed at securing a valid1st permit for the Construction plan,
c) ensuring the assessment of the impact of the Construction plan on the environment, but only if it is required as necessary by the relevant public authorities,
d) drawing up project documentation for the implementation of the Construction, including a list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of dimensions )the performance of copyright supervision,
all this in a quality that reflects the comprehensive professional care of the supplier of design and related works.
