Description:
The subject of the contract is to process the offer for group risk life insurance: Information on insurance: This is a group risk life insurance of employees of the company Teplarna Česke Budějovice, a.s., negotiated as a benefit of the company on the basis of a collective agreement. Total number of insured Persons are 237 aged 26 - 70 years, of which 193 employees work in operation (manual activities) and 44 employees in the administration (non -manual activity). Employees working in operation are included in category 2. The reporting of insurance events will be in the form of an online electronic report. Premium The contract will be concluded with effect from 1.1.2026. Scope of insurance: - Death - Death as a result of injury - permanent consequences of injury - daily compensation for the period of necessary treatment of injury required scope of insurance: - death for any cause with an insurance amount of CZK 300,000. - Death as a result of an accident with an insurance premium The amount of CZK 500,000. - Permanent consequences of an injury with progressive performance with an insured amount of CZK 500,000 and a maximum of 0.5 % of the degree. - Daily compensation for the period of necessary injury treatment (including work accidents) with a daily dose of CZK 200 retroactively from 1 day and withdrawal period of a maximum of 10 days. Bid processing It will include the scope of insurance for the insurance period a) 4 years, ie from 1.1.2026 to 31.12.2029; b) 5 years, ie from 1.1.2026 to 31.12.2030.
