- The subject of fulfillment of this public contract is:
a) Construction work consisting of asbestos in the loggia wall, insulation of peripheral structures and roofs of an apartment building, replacement of openings in peripheral structures, repair of loggias, replacement railing on the loggias, remediation of peripheral Žb constructions, replacement and refurbishment of fans on the roof, modifications of existing and implementation of a new lightning conductor;
b) Building apartments consisting of removal of existing residential core, kitchen unit, built -in wardrobes, floor coverings, establishment of new sanitary facilities in the apartment, replacement pipes sewer, new Cold and hot water wiring in the apartment, set up a new kitchen, built -in wardrobes, modification of the hygienic facilities and hoods of the kitchen, the realization of new tread layers in the rooms (Ker. Tiles, PVC), ceramic tiles, repair of plasters in the apartment including housing switchboard, preparation for electronic communications, repair of radiators, new interior doors including doorframes;
c) Ensuring the final building approval and cooperation with the contracting authority in the processing of the required documents on the course of the construction of the construction of the subsidy bodies.
