• Description:
• The subject of the Public Contract is the conclusion of a contract for the execution of project activities, engineering and the provision of related activities and services (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"). On the basis of the Contract, the selected supplier will provide the Employer with the following services in particular in relation to the Northern Bypass and Zavleky:
  a) processing initial construction project (so-called design basis);
  b) processing of documentation defining the course of the pipeline route;
  c) processing of the tender documentation required for the initiation of the procurement procedure for the selection of the construction contractor;
  d) processing of documentation for construction permits;
  e) procuring the issuance of a building permit;
  f) processing documentation for the implementation of the construction, including a list of construction works, supplies and services, including a valued statement of dimensions; and
  g) provision of related services consisting of copyright supervision and design consultancy.
