- The subject of the public contract is the construction of a turnkey T600 heating plant and maintenance of gas turbines and gas turbine generators with accessories for a period of 36 months from preliminary acceptance (this is not an LTSA contract). The subject of the performance of the public contract is design, production, delivery, construction and assembly, supervision of assemblylife, testing and putting the work into operation and maintenance under the conditions stipulated in the contract and its annexes.
