- The subject of fulfillment of the public contract is to conclude a contract for the gradual supply of vaccines (hereinafter referred to as "goods") intended for vaccination of individuals (adults and children) against hepatitis, in accordance with the Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 537/2006 Coll. o vaccination against infectious diseases as amendedvalid on the date of initiation of the tendering procedure. Part of the public contract also includes packing, expedition, transport to the place of performance, insurance within transport to the place of performance, customs, tax, administrative services associated with performance and any other fees associated with the implementation of the subject of the public contract.HEP 2025
