- (nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of this VZ is to ensure the operation of a technological device for measuring speed, including the technical infrastructure that is needed for its installation and operation for the Customer, with the necessary carei, properly, on time and in the agreed quality, while the Customer undertakes to provide the Contractor with all necessary cooperation, to take over the technical infrastructure and to pay the price for its construction according to this Agreement, and also to pay rent for the provision of technology according to this Agreement. Individual obligations to ZhotaThe main subject of the Contract is a) delivery and construction of constructions (masts) at individual locations for the placement of technology and the provision of electricity on these constructions according to the specification of Annex No. 8 of this ZD, including the processing of all construction permits and the necessary statements and processingproject documentation, b) delivery and installation of hardware for operating software for evaluating and validating traffic violations according to the specification of Annex No. 8 of this ZD, c) delivery and installation of software The subject of this VZ is to ensure the operation of technological equipment for measuring speed, including technicalinfrastructure that is needed for its installation and operation for the Customer, with the necessary care, properly, on time and in the agreed quality, while the Customer undertakes to provide the Contractor with all necessary cooperation, to take over the technical infrastructure and to pay the price for its construction according toof the Agreement and further pay the rent for the provision of technology according to this Agreement.
