- All particulars associated with the activities of the construction manager in the inspection of the project - the Hodonin dock (hereinafter referred to as the "Project") and in other supervision of the proper implementation of the project, including the compliance of the project implementation with the legal regulations, in the agreed performance phases The project.
The manager of the construction will perform the following functions:
β’ Check the complete documentation and documents for the construction of the building with the processing of the protocol on the inspection before the implementation of the comprehensive preparedness of the project according to TKP RCR to start implementation,
β’ Complex assessment before handover Construction site, integrating issued permits and outcome of the tendering procedure and SFDI methodologies,
β’ Performing the completeness of contractual relationships,
β’ Checking and approving the contractor's implementation documentation,
β’ The performance of the technical supervision of the builder (hereinafter referred to as "TDS"), in the sense of the Technical Supervision of the Builder issued ΔKAIT (MP 9.2 Update 2018) and to the extent and under the conditions for the Methodology for the team manager, (Provisional version 2018), approved by the Ministry of Transport on 23. 10. 2018, available at https://www.sfdi.cz/Pujidla-metodiky-a-ceniky/metodiky/, checking all XLSX statements and XC4 data format
