Description:
The subject of the small-scale public order is work consisting of the complete installation of roof steps, footbridges, ladders, a catch and retention point system in the area of the sloping roof of the Burešov Home for the Elderly. The implementation will take place during the full operation of the user of the object.
Detailed specification of the subject of the public contract is given in Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation Draft contract for work and Annex No. 5 of the procurement documentation Technical documents including a list of construction works, supplies and services.

The basis for preparing the offer is the list of construction works, delivery aservices, including the measurement report prepared by Ing. Vladimir Juran, IČO: 09664386 and other documents that are an integral part of this tender documentation.

The contracting authority does not allow the submission of an offer only for a part of the public contract. The public contract is not divided into parts in the sense of Section 35 of the Act. Fulfillment, jwhich is the subject of the awarded public contract, forms one functional unit from the point of view of the contracting authority and its requirements for efficiency and continuity of activities, including the complexity of outputs.
