- Home for the elderly Cerveny Kostelec
Description of the contract: The subject of the design competition is the architectural design of a public building for the home for the elderly. The new construction of the Home for the elderly in Cerveni Kostelec will be realized on land owned by the city. Parking for visitors can be proposed within the territory of the Cooperative study- Orchard. A home for the elderly should provide accommodation and complex care for clients who will stay here for a long time and at the same time provide space for a relief service for the elderly from the nearby area. Social services "home with special regime" (DZR) and "home for the elderly" will be provided in the building.(DS). The total capacity is 66 beds divided into several operating units (communities), which will be able to be operated separately in the regime for a home with a special regime, a home for the elderly and respite services for approx. 16 people (medium-term accommodation for elderly people dependent on the furnace). The home will also be used for pacients with dementia.
