- The subject of the public contract is the construction work consisting of a new building for the elderly in the town of Litomyšl. The home for the elderly will be a three -storey building with the top two residential floors, ground floor and flat roof. On the ground floor, which is smaller than the ground plan of the building, the entry will be located, among other thingsHall (foyer) with reception, meditation room, administration, kitchen, laundry, waste management, warehouses and landlords, eg medical surgeries. Outdoor areas can be divided as private and public. The private space is a closed garden connected to the 2nd floor in the south. Public areas arerepresented by areas of the square, areas of greenery and transport at rest and movement. The project includes a separate building of waste warehouse and garden equipment and landscaping.works
