Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply of delivery of finished meals for clients of the Home for the Elderly in Valtice, including their transport to the place of performance, for an indefinite period, under the following conditions:
• The aim of the contracting authority is in accordance with the requirements of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., On Socials Services, ensure all -day meals for clients of the home for the elderly.
• The supplier is obliged to comply with the Decree of the Ministry of Health No. 157/2004 Coll. serious, as amended and Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on food hygiene, in particular the requirement to meet the hygienic standard for the temperature when the food is handed over.
• In accordance with Decree No. 505/2006 Coll., Maximum possible reimbursement for food in the amount of 260, -CZK per day for all-day food, 120, -CZK for lunch, including operating costs related to food preparation, food supply and VAT. The decree also applies to diabetic food.
• The diet must correspond to the nutritional needs of seniors, their health (diet), the corresponding age, the principles of rational nutrition and the needs of diet meals (at least in the range of 3 main meals), while diet and diet standards should be prepared in such a way that the nutritional values of the diet correspond to the declared values in the diet system with a permitted deviation of 5% within one week.
