Description:
The subject of this order is the supply, assembly and installation of two hot air packaging tunnels for packaging products of different sizes (0.1 - 5l) in heat-shrinkable PE film, under the conditions set out in this tender documentation and its annexes. This order is entered as part of an open call according to the Rules for the selection of suppliers of the Operational Program Technology and Applications for Competitiveness, managed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, effective from 1 May 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"). This is not a procurement procedure according to of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the awarding of public contracts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZZVZ").
