Description:
The subject of the public contract is the processing of the energy performance of buildings (hereinafter referred to as "PENB") for buildings owned by the Statutory City of Pardubice, situated in locations in the city, in the Annex to the tender documentation (cover sheets for part 1.1, part 1.2, part 1.3 and part 1.4, ie 1 - 4. package). PENB will be processed in such a way as to meet all requirements resulting from the relevant current legal regulations, in particular Act No. 406/2000 Coll., On Energy Management, as amended, and according to the conditions stipulated by the Decree of the Ministry of Industry and Trade No. 264/2020 Coll.
