• Description:
• The subject of the VZ is the construction work caused by the change of the type of the current station from category P1 to P2 (increase in the number of members in the shift), namely the extension above the current station during its full operation. Everything is specified in detail in the project documentation and in the measurement reports, which are attached to the tendersconditions
  Construction work must take place while the fire station is in full operation. The construction of the 1st floor can only begin after the upper superstructure is completed and part of the operation has been moved to the new premises. The exception is, of course, the necessary connections to water, gas, sewage, electricity distribution. energy and weak current.
  At praspaces on the 1st floor, it is necessary to maintain unobstructed access for emergency vehicles and to prevent pollution of the used spaces as much as possible.
  The basic premise of the construction is the construction of a temporary staircase so that the work on the 2nd floor does not disturb the operation of the station. Another measure is to protect the existing roofing fromdamage and protection of penetrations against leakage. These measures are defined in the bill of quantities in section 15 "Works connected with securing the operation of the station". It is possible to propose other qualitatively similar measures that would ensure the operation of the station throughout the construction period.
  For the operation of the supplier and warehouseof material, it is possible to use the areas marked in situation C.3 in the file "2023-10-31-HS Slavkov - site area" (parking lot between the station and the gate, part of the area in front of the first garage, green area next to the station - attachment no. 6) , on the other hand, the exit corridor from the remaining 3 garages to the gate must be preserved.
  Necessary interruptions must be consulted with the station commander so that there is no interruption of operation (possibility of a short-term emergency mode of the station) in case of blocking the entrance and with the representatives of the South Moravian Medical Rescue Service.
  For the above reasons, the contracting authority recommends an inspection of the stationte.
  Construction work will be carried out according to the construction project documentation for the selection of a contractor entitled HS Slavkov PROJECT FOR CHANGING THE TYPE OF STATION FROM P1 TO P2, archive number HP4-6-103974, which is processed by the company HUTNI PROJEKT Frydek - Mistek a.s., Uherska division Hradiště, Palackeho nam. 231, 686 11 Uherske Hradiště, ID: 45193584, responsible designer Ing.
