• The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the work within the project entitled: "The Humanitarian Association Perspective, z.s. - Reconstruction of real estate for social services". The subject is the reconstruction of the building of the Social Rehabilitation Service, which is located on the plots of parc. No. 533 and No. 534 in the cadastral area. Roudnice nad Labem[741647], in the village Roudnice nad Labem. The subject of the public contract is described in detail in the project documentation prepared by LFPLAN s.r.o., ID: 07657641, Libušina 897, 413 01 Roudnice nad Labem (hereinafter referred to as the "project documentation") and in the unacessary reports of the assessment (blind budgets). TechnicalSpecifications are included in the project documentation. The project documentation is annexed to this tender documentation "Annex No. 5 of the project documentation".
