The subject of the work "HZS Plzeň" is:
The agreed final variant of the design of the construction (study) will be completed in the next stages of the documentation. Without approval of the design of the construction (study) cannot continue to the next levels documentation.
2) Making the project documentation for the construction of transport infrastructure (DPS), which specifies the subject of the work to such an extent that it can be discussed in proceedings for authorization of the intention, obtain a final authorization of the project (building permit) pursuant to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, Building Act, (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act"), including the opinion of the announced entity at the stage of issuing the authorization of the intention and activities of the OSH coordinator at work on the construction site in the preparation phase, including the processing of the OSH plan on the construction site and the maintenance manual.
3) Processing and submitting an application for the issue of a project permit according to the building of the Act, including all required documents, which will result in the issue of the authorization of the project (building permit). The Contractor will cooperate in the issue of the relevant decisions in their legal force.
4) Making project documentation for carrying out the construction of the track (PDPS) in BIM mode that elaborates and defines the requirements for the construction into details that specify the subject of the work to such an extent that the basis for the selection procedure for the construction of the building, including conformity or suitability for the use of an interoperability element or the EC statement of the verification of the subsystem notified.
