Description:
The nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements: The subject of the public contract is the removal of non -volatile greenery, removal of bushes including stumps, at the site of construction I/3 chapels, roundabout with forces. II/154. The felling will be carried out according to the dendrological survey by EIA Servis s.r.o. Z 02/2021. The management of the work will be subordinated to the decision of the environmental supervision (not the subject of this contract) and will further follow the instructions of technical supervision and professional forest manager (if appointed - it is not the subject of this contract). The contract also includes a compulsory purchase of mined wood mass by the contractor. The Client reserves the right to determine the order and location where the felling will take place. Any clarification of these localities will be subject to consultation with EKODATOR, technical administrator and professional forest manager.
