- The beginning of the analyzed section is located west of Česka Lipa near the village of Dolni Libchava at the intersection with road II/262 (Děčin Česka Lipa). It connects at km 9,200 to the construction section "I/9 Novy Bor - Dolni Libchava", as part of which a level crossing will be built here. In the route of the future intersection brancha temporary two-way exit from road I/9 to the roundabout on road II/262 is proposed, which is converted to a new track here. The entire section of the road I/9 realignment is designed above the level of the existing terrain on embankments and bridges. Communication gradually crosses the cross-country road and railway via bridge structuresthe Děčin Česka Lipa track, the floodplain of the Šporka watercourse, a path for pedestrians and cyclists (= Pod Holym vrchem street), local traffic (= Bozeny Němcove street) and the overpass of the Ploučnice watercourse floodplain. The direct connection of Pod Holym vrchem and Božena Němcova streets to the I/9 road is not considered, it is possible to bypassand connect the nearest from road II/262 at Dolni Libchavy. The proposed road I/9 gradually descends until it connects to the roundabout with Litoměřicka and Dubicka streets. The exit from the existing gas station KM PRONA will also be connected to the roundabout. The total length of the section is 1,500 km.
