Description:
The subject of the public contract is the generational change and expansion of the functionalities of the identity management system (IDM) with a warranty of at least 12 months. The implementation of the order is possible in the form of updating the existing IDM system or in exchange, an integral part of the delivery is the connection of the IDM system with other systemsIn the FN HK as shown in Annex 1, the tender documentation - "Description of the existing and required IDM status". Furthermore, the subject of fulfillment of training for management and configuration of the offered system, see Annex No. 1.maximum 48 months from the end of the warranty (at the expected warranty of the delivered item of 12 months, the sum of the time of provision of the warranty and the extended warranty on the supplied IDM system is a maximum of 60 months).
At the same time, the subject of performance is to ensure service support of the supplied subject of performance after60 months after its acceptance, in a minimum range of 4 hours per month.
