The beginning of the relocation is at the place of the grade -separated intersection of the local road Poncarova and D0 - Exit 21 Jinočany. The connection of the II/116 road will require construction work on the existing intersection. In its end, the route connects to existing road II/116 in the cadastral area Lety near Dobřichovice approximately at the existing intervention of roads III/11621 and II/116.
