- The subject of the public contract is the provision of supplies of reagents and related consumables for the provision of biochemical and immunochemical analyzes according to the specifications contained in Annexes 1 and 2 of the procurement documentation, for a period of 96 months from the date of introduction of the automated line with analyzers and, where appropriate of stand-alone analyzers (borrowed by the contractor selected by the supplier) for routine operation. Supplies of reagents and related consumables will be carried out on the basis of the purchase agreement, the text of which is annex 7 of the procurement documentation. Requirements for supplies of reagents and follow-up of consumables are further defined in the draft purchase agreement.
At the same time, the subject of the public order is the free loan of an automated line including pre-analytical and post-analytical modules, analyzers, control software and other related consumables for the field of biochemistry and immunoassays and, where applicable, stand-alone analyzers according to the specifications contained in Annexes 3, 4 and 5 of the procurement documentation. The entire required automated line solution must form one functional unit. The automated line will be located in the newly built Pavilion Z3, which is located on the contractor's premises at VideΕska 1958/9, 140 21 Prague 4 KrΔ.
