- This public contract for the supply of "Immission monitoring system - innovation and development - 5" (SIMIR 5) - hereinafter referred to as "SIMIR 5 project", Part 6 - Weighing equipment is due to the estimated value of the performance of the public contract and the volume of supplies of all parts of the public contract entered in the form of an open over-limit Εision according to Β§ 56 of the Act.
The purpose of the public contract of the relevant part 6, which is financed from the SIMIR 5 project, will enable the contracting authority to acquire and equip the measuring network and their innovations necessary to fulfill legislative obligations and improve the quality of immission and emission monitoring of air quality. Pthe subject of the public contract is the supply of equipment, including accessories, transport, installation, full commissioning, familiarization of the operator with the technology in compliance with the conditions set out in this procurement documentation. A detailed specification of the subject of the public contract is contained directly in this ZD and its annexesch, especially in Appendix No. 1. The public contract "Immission monitoring system - innovation and development - 5" (SIMIR 5) is divided into 10 separate public contracts (hereinafter referred to as "parts of the SIMIR 5 project") due to the strengthening of economic competition and reasons for its financing.
