• Description:
• The subject of the order is the design and implementation of a systematic research study, in exchange for repeated evaluations, the course of cooperation and the achievements of the DELTA and DELTA 2 programs. with regard to their difference in exchange and duration. eten will monitor the entire cycle of cooperation from the potential of evaluations and the degree of cooperation between partners, to the intensity and effectiveness of cooperation during the implementation of the project, and after evaluating the full evaluation and overall performance for the involved entities after finished project. The research will be carried out by many types of parties, i.e. by research organizations, companies and foreign partners. The content of the contract is the preparation and implementation of a questionnaire survey for a target of 100 respondents in the DELTA program (pilot phase) and 150 respondents in the DELTA 2 program. The questionnaire will have a maximum length of 15 minutes and will contain no more than 20 questions, with 60 questions expected to change between individual waves. Inputs will include a processed data file, a string compressed from the beginning, a presentation of the results and their visualization in a Looker-type tool Studio or Power BI. This applies in particular to the following areas: staff's attitude and motivation, the intensity and effectiveness of cooperation, carry and measure the bucket full, Pecky implementation of the project. Realizing the quality of the research is thus an essential part of the program.
