• Description:
• The subject of the performance is the implementation of an anonymous online questionnaire survey within the organization and the processing of the survey results in English. The input is a set of approx. 35 questions prepared by the customer, including the definition of question branching according to the demographics of the respondents. Set of questions includes an initial 7 questions aimed at identifying demographic groups (age, gender, workplace, length of employment, job title) and other questions focused on working conditions. Estimated time to complete the online survey: 10-14 days Expected outputs are: 1) A detailed summary report describing the method and results, including comments from respondents. The results will be processed according to demographic criteria based on the answers to the question in block no. 1, which will be subject to mutual agreement - the contracting authority and before processing the results or during it (with regard to the results), the supplier will agree on which sections for which questions will be the subject of a detailed report. 2) A report for employees, which will be a summary of the most important results of the detailed report.
