Description:
The goal of the procurement procedure is to conclude a contract for the execution of construction works with one contractor.
•The subject of the performance of the public contract is the execution of construction works in particular according to Annex No. 1 of the draft contract, which is Annex No. 2 of these tender conditions or as specified by the contracting authority. Subject filledi can be construction work and also work that is carried out due to an accident. The implementation will take place on real estate managed by the General University Hospital in Prague (the client), on the basis of the contract and partial orders concluded according to the contract, within the scope and in accordance with the tender conditions.
•Properties under the administration of the General Faculty Hospital in Prague (VFN) are concentrated in several areas, including in the Prague Monument Reserve, and many of them are cultural monuments. For these properties, VFN carries out ongoing maintenance and gradual renovation in relation to the construction and technical condition of the buildings. Realizationpublic procurement will take place on the basis of a contract according to the needs of the contracting authority and on the basis of individual orders of the contracting authority, which will be concluded on the basis of a call.public contracts on the basis of a contract) will invite the selected supplier in writing to perform by means of an invitation in which the subject of this performance will be specified in detail.
